Zoe is a digital marketing and communications specialist with over 14 years experience specifically in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. She has held senior agency positions at DVC Worldwide, imc2 and Sapient.
Her experience also includes online compliance training, pharmaceutical conference development, and online media planning and buying.
Zoe leads a collaborative series of monthly workshops, dinners and meetings around Social Media for a group representing almost 30 of the top Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies. These collaborative sessions seek to brainstorm strategies to integrating Social Media and new technologies into the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry.
Zoe is a regular speaker at conferences on the subject of Social Media and the Pharmaceutical industry, as well as Digital Marketing and Communications Best Practices. She is a featured author on the subject of Social Media and Marketing in the recently published Using Social Media in FDA-Regulated Industries: The Essential Guide published by the Food and Drug Law Institute.

Beth has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, digital media and interactive strategic communications, working on both agency and client sides, for both Fortune 100 and small clients alike. Her particular interest is examining how interactive media can be used to effectively engage and align stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. She has recently been working with multiple clients developing strategy and educational sessions on how to integrate digital/emerging media into their marketing strategy. Beyond her client work, Beth has spoken on numerous occasions at conferences and for clients on the topics of digital marketing and sustainability communications in the healthcare industry.
Prior to Hale Advisors, Inc., Beth had been a consultant to the Healthcare industry for a number of years on the use of digital media. She has also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at imc2 where she led the firm’s efforts to explore ways that digital media could help clients achieve business objectives while generating a greater social and environmental impact.
Her work is strengthened by an avid love for her family, involvement in her local community, nature (she’s a passionate bicyclist and kayaker), and her desire to leave the world a better place. Beth holds a BS from Penn State University & and a MBA, from Schiller International University – Paris, France.

Sarah Gilbert is a results-oriented leader with over a decade of experience in large project delivery, team management, and marketing operations. Her specialties include: supervision of strategic delivery on digital marketing programs, organization, orchestration, and partnering with cross capabilities, internal and external channel process and efficiency, and stakeholder negotiation.
Prior to joining Hale Advisors, Inc., Sarah worked exclusively on digital pharmaceutical marketing campaigns at a variety of agencies, including Harte-Hanks, imc2 health and wellness, Digitas Health, and Grey Healthcare Group. During her agency tenure, Sarah was highly successful in managing enterprise accounts, developing long-term client relationships, leading major interactive marketing campaigns, and delivering business results.
Sarah holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado in Biogeochemistry, and a Masters Degree to teach Biology from Bard College.
Outside of work, you can find Sarah riding horses and competing at various Area I USEA sanctioned events, practicing yoga, cooking, taking photos, or trail running with her dog Baxter.
At Hale Advisors, Inc., Marietta supports client programs with a blend of research, project coordination and development of deliverables. She brings a fresh perspective to the industry and is dedicated to helping clients meet their unique goals with digital and emerging media.
Marietta recently graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with honors. It was there while obtaining her B.A. in Media Management that she discovered her passion for marketing. Marietta’s special interest is determining the most effective tools to tap into customer insights for specific marketing objectives.
Nancy Meyer is an editor and content producer with a specialty in green and sustainable consumer products, design and agriculture.
A veteran journalist and editor for regional consumer and national business-to-business publications, she currently teaches multimedia journalism at SUNY New Paltz and is pursuing her Master of Science degree in Information Design & Technology from SUNY Institute of Technology.
Jill Trees is an operations manager with more than 20 years of experience. A certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) since 2008, Jill specializes in project/operation management, internal and external channel process and efficiency, and event planning.
Prior to joining Hale Advisors, Inc., Jill’s work centered on introducing digital marketing solutions to large enterprises in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, education, automotive and retail. She began her career in print marketing for non-profit organizations. From there, Jill worked at Harte-Hanks where she spent more than eight years in a variety of positions, including digital project manager, technical project manager and senior account executive. Jill also worked for DKI, and most recently, imc2 health and wellness. During her agency tenure, Jill successfully managed many multi-million dollar interactive campaigns, while exceeding client expectations and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Jill holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Cortland in communications, radio/television and a minor in journalism.
In her free time, you can find Jill camping, spending time with her family and volunteering for various community causes.
